Head of State attends birthday concert
KOTA KINABALU: Head of State Tun Haji Ahmadshah Abdullah and his wife Toh Puan Hajah Dayang Masuyah binti Awang Japar attended a special concert to celebrate Ahmadshah’s birthday at the Federal Government Administration Complex Auditorium in Likas here on Friday night.
Among those who attended were Chief Minister Datuk Seri Musa Aman and wife Datin Seri Hajah Faridah Haji Tusin, Cabinet ministers and assistant ministers, Barisan Nasional component leaders and State and Federal government officers.
Veteran singers Datuk MY Ahmad and his brother MY Ismail were among the artistes who entertained the audience. They were accompanied by RTM and the Royal Malaysian Police bands.
